What were the main challenges you initially faced in your accounts payable department?

There was a lot of management and follow-up to do on invoices awaiting approval. For example, invoices were placed in a folder on the server while waiting to be approved, and when that dragged on, follow-ups had to be done manually. With the approval basket, everyone now sees what is pending approval for each person.

How much time savings do you estimate since implementing Viridem?

For now, it is hard to say, because programming Vision still takes a lot of time, mainly on the templates. We also had to hire a supervisor who ensures the sound management of the platform and acts as the link between everyone. I would say that at this point there are no savings yet, but the goal is to avoid hiring additional resources from now on, despite the growth we are experiencing.
