Suppliers send their invoices straight to an email address linked to Viridem. As they land in the work basket, the key fields (date, total amount, supplier name, invoice number) are already detected and extracted. A quick glance is enough before sending for approval, and each invoice is automatically filed in the right folder and the right ledger.
